Jane lists AI Scribe at $15 per opted-in practitioner per month, per its public pricing page in July 2026. Therapy Companion keeps session preparation and documentation in the connected individual-plan workflow.
How does the price compare?+
For a practice that bills insurance, Jane starts at Practice: $79 per practitioner per month, plus $15 for AI Scribe and $25 for the insurance billing add-on. The $54 Balance plan cannot run that workflow; it caps at 20 appointments a month and cannot take the insurance add-on. Therapy Companion publishes a $199 monthly individual plan, or $1,999 a year.
