Review the clients, records, appointments, documents and history you want to transfer, along with what your current system can export. The migration plan records the agreed scope so you know what to check in your account.
Are clients invited as soon as their records are imported?
No. Moving records and activating clients are separate steps. You review the migrated records first and choose when clients become active and when invitations are sent.
How do we plan the switch and go-live date?
Start with a walkthrough of your current system, the records you need to transfer and your practice schedule. Agree the migration scope and timeline in writing, review the result in your account, and then choose the go-live date.
